Korea's Hanjin Heavy Industries & Construction's overseas subsidiary in the Philippines, HHIC-Phil has penned a newbuilding order for two post-panamax containerships with Aeolos Management of Greece.
A pair of 6,800-teu newbuildings are to be delivered in 2014.
Brokers are estimating a price tag of $55m-57m per ship.
Options seem not to be specified in the contract, while these newbuildings have not sealed a charter contract yet.
