After the successfully completion of the Enterprise Credit and Faith Management Lecture held on 18th and 22th June this year, COSCO Hong Kong held another specialized lecture about incorruption on 16th November, the Company news release said.
The lecturer Ms. Liu Yin Man, an Senior Community Relations Officer of ICAC was invited to give the speech. The purpose of such lecture was to prevent the risk of corruption in business purchase activities. Ms. Liu analyzed the significant areas which easily brought corruption risks by using vivid examples, also she introduced relevant rules and regulations stated in “Prevention of Bribery Ordinance” and the importance of enterprise credit and faith management. 78 staffs of COSCO Hong Kong, including key person in-charge and operation personnel of chartering activity attended the lecture.
This lecture gave a chance to staffs of COSCO Hong Kong to familiar with relevant regulations in Hong Kong, and provided guidance on code of conduct.
