THE northern China's Yantai Penglai port in Shandong province posted a year-on-year 16 per cent increase in overall cargo volume to 10.09 million tonnes in the first 10 months, which was two months earlier than last year in hitting 10 million tonnes of throughput, reports Xinhua.
