Shanghai Bestway Marine Engineering Design has signed a EPC contract with China Communications 2nd Navigational Bureau 3rd Engineering Co for an offshore construction platform.
The contract is valued at RMB84.57m ($13.56m), Shanghai Bestway announced.
The self-elevating offshore construction platform is scheduled to be delivered by 15 December 2015.
Shanghai Bestway expects the latest contract to have a position effect on its 2015 financial results.
In 2014, Shanghai Bestway recorded a full year net profit of RMB45.78m, representing a significant increase from the profit of RMB11.99m in 2013.
